Where are you headed? This short but powerful mental exercise will help you look at the brand from a long-term perspective. We define where it is today, and where you want to get it. Joint discussion will set the ambition that will be the compass for all further decisions.
Overview
We go through everything from vision and product, to strategy, visuals and market position. Each member of the team will present their point of view. The final image will be created together with the leader and the facilitator. The result is a clear map of your brand and what works for it (or not).
Perceptual Mapping
Where does the customer place you and where is the competition? With a simple perceptual map, you can visualize it and thus understand it better. Together we will clarify where the brand is today and what positioning you want to build in the future.
Activation
A mental exercise aimed at mapping both existing and potential ways of customer activation. Participants bring their knowledge and experience, which the facilitator processes into a holistic view of possible activation strategies.
Market Overview
How does your team view the market? What do you think of the competition, trends or category as such? A joint discussion will reveal important observations and help create a realistic picture of the environment in which you operate.
SWOT
Yes, a classic. But functional. Together, we will name the strengths and weaknesses of the brand, opportunities and threats. Thanks to the SWOT analysis, we get a clear view of the factors that influence marketing decisions.
Rear-view Mirror
We look back so you can move forward. We will evaluate previous campaigns, activities and experiences. What worked? What not? And what to take from it?
Martech
What technologies, tools or AI do you use and where is the potential for improvement? We'll take a look at your current martech stack and find places where you can speed up, streamline, or upgrade.
Objectives
Without goals, there is no strategy. Each team member names their priorities, and we will unite them together into one clear direction. This goal will then become the basis for planning, briefs and all further steps.
